A log that holds up
Every entry time-stamped as it happens. Sealed at close of event, with an independent timestamp, so the record can be shown not to have changed since.
The gatehouse and gate lists
Crew supervisors and rostering managers keep their own gate lists from wherever they are, through the Veradex relay, while the gate sees every list live.
Everything else in one place
Capacity counts, incident reports from phones, the staff register, timesheets, patrons and banned drinkers, and completion reports.
Venue Logger runs on the venue's own computer, and its logs stay there. The Veradex relay only carries gate list changes for people the venue has given a PIN, and only while that PIN is on.
